ABOUT

The land is located just outside of West Horndon village, to the south of the train station. All of the land is in the borough of Thurrock but will also benefit neighbouring Brentwood through initiatives such as the enhancement of West Horndon train station. This proposal is an application for the first element of a new settlement at West Horndon.
